As the system stabilizes and the team gets a good grip on your functional and technical knowledge, we will be continuously tuning the team ration towards reducing your costs and providing more innovative and effective solutions.
We will use industry best practices while adapting to your IT organization culture. However, we will point out improvement areas (if any) and seek your approval for implementing the same.
