Prasad has over 12 years of experience in IT. He possesses strong techno-management capabilities that have ensured success all along in his career. Of the dozens of small to large size projects he has executed, none of them had any architectural or delivery issues.
He believes in looking at projects from a practical standpoint and ensures that the delivery promises are met. His innovativeness and a strong mentoring personality has ensured that he always built a team that was complete within itself and worked towards a common goal irrespective of the various perspectives and personalities that come as part of a team. He believes in teamwork and that each member of the team must have fire in the belly to make the overall outcome a thumping success.
As part of Infosys Technologies Limited, Prasad has been involved in various roles including Business Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Tech Lead and Software Analyst. His technology exposure ranges from Mobile/Handheld devices to multi-tiered applications to client/server technologies. Having spent sufficient time in performance measurement and modeling, he ensures that none of his projects go into production with such basic issues.
Having handled many small to large projects in a dual-shore (onsite-offshore) mode, he brings in a true practitioner’s perspective for this kind of projects. While the offshore projects are maturing and the share increasing, he believes that there is a huge scope to improve delivery quality while containing the costs. This is also one of the areas where Prasad has strong credentials and can change the perspective of non-believers of such a model by actually demonstrating the same.
Given his strong software product development background, he stresses and ensures high re-usability. Re-usability is one of the key mantras of Amazech and we look forward to help our clients in this space. He believes that it is more of a culture issue in SDLC than awareness.
He is very familiar with Banking (Retail, Cards, Collection, etc), Media & Entertainment and Engineering domains.

Shanthi possesses extensive experience in Healthcare industry having worked in this space for about 10 years. During her 14 years in the Information Technology, she has been primarily involved in various product development/management roles including Project Management, Release Management, Business Analysis, SME, Programmer Analyst, etc.
She started her IT career at Infosys Technologies Limited and has worked for Hinditron, IBM Global Services and I&J Solutions. She started her Entrepreneurial career with Amazech Solutions during mid 2007.
Shanthi graduated from College of Engineering, Trivandrum, India. She is an alumini of Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University, Class of Executive MBA2010.
She has always gone an extra mile to fulfill her commitment towards deliverables and stuck to committed quality and timelines. The efforts and sincerity to do the best has been well appreciated by her customers and end clients.
She believes in giving back to society and has been active in various social and community activities.
